Bronson Binger, 83, Who Saved New York Parks and Buildings, Dies

Bronson Binger, a New York architect and preservationist who helped wrest Union Square Park in Manhattan from drug dealers but was stymied in an effort to rebuild Wollman Rink in Central Park, died on Dec. 23 in Housatonic, Mass.
